Cheeseball
- 2 8 oz packages of cream cheese
- 1 2.5 oz jar of dried beef
- 1 can of black olives
- 4-6 green onions
- 4 oz of chopped pecans
- 1/4 teaspon of garlic salt
Chop beef, olives and onions and blend together with Accent. Add cream cheese,
mix thoroughly, and form into a ball. Roll in chopped pecans and refrigerate.
Serve with Townhouse or Ritz crackers.
- Better if prepared a day ahead of time.
- Walnuts can be used in place of pecans.
- Removing cream cheese from refrigeration for a while makes it easier to work with.
