• 2 8 oz packages of cream cheese
• 1 2.5 oz jar of dried beef
• 1 can of black olives
• 4-6 green onions
• 4 oz of chopped pecans
• 1/4 teaspon of garlic salt

Chop beef, olives and onions and blend together with garlic salt. Add cream cheese, mix thoroughly, and form into a ball.
Roll in chopped pecans and refrigerate. Serve with Townhouse or Ritz crackers.

• Better if prepared a day ahead of time.
• Walnuts can be used in place of pecans.
• Removing cream cheese from refrigeration for a while makes it easier to work with.
