13 Slick Stout Testimonials

The beer had a very fresh taste and feel, much nicer than store bought
in general. The taste was mild and without the strong burnt taste
associated with many stouts. It had a pleasant mild flavor and a rich
creamy texture with a pleasant aftertaste. The head on it was a bit
foamy though. On the whole I liked it better than a Guiness - that says
a lot.

The 13" slick stout was extremely tasty. I found it very smooth and it did not
overpower me with a harsh taste or aftertaste to which I have become accustomed.
It is considerably better than the store bought stouts that I usually consume.
Other than the lack of the bright or metallic flashy advertising glitz on the
label and bottle cap, the bottle appeared to be professionaly prepared.

brews. 

The stout was a unanimous hit. I personally believe it to be the best
stout I have ever tasted - strong, but not harsh at all.

Second was the brown barrel ale. Very smooth, a
little sweet - quite the genteel drink.

Porter was also very good.

All parties left the session in considerably improved frame of mind.
